We use the latest take-off and estimating software programs available providing deliverables to our clients that are complete, concise, accurate and comprehensive. Our estimates are based on our actual building experience. We do not simply refer to books or provide standard CSI format estimates. We adjust our database to produce estimates you identify with by implementing the information from the design team, understanding the existing conditions, terminology, OFI items, materials and scheduling. We have also aligned our estimate formats to match that of the required GC format, allowing cost checks.
